Across Scotland, women remain significantly underrepresented in technology. For those who are neurodivergent, returning to work, refugees, carers, or from non-traditional backgrounds, the barriers are even greater.

The Women & Future Skills Programme in Dundee was created to challenge this. Not by offering another course, but by redesigning the entire journey into tech — from learning to employment — through inclusive design, mentorship, and human centred support.

Code Division

SQA-approved training provider specialising in accredited digital and data skills programmes across Scotland. Their courses, delivered at SCQF Levels 7 and 8, are aligned with industry frameworks to ensure learners gain both recognised qualifications and job-ready skills. With a strong focus on inclusion, Code Division has supported over 1,000 learners—many from underrepresented backgrounds—into tech careers, higher education, and upskilling pathways. Their expertise lies in redesigning education to remove barriers and create accessible, realistic routes into digital roles.

NomadAlba

Human side of career transformation, embedding confidence, adaptability, and wellbeing into digital learning. Through human-centred design, they support individuals to build sustainable careers that work with their lives. Their approach ensures learners not only gain technical skills, but also the mindset, resilience, and self-belief needed to succeed in modern work environments. By creating psychologically safe and supportive learning spaces, Nomad Alba helps individuals rediscover their potential and sense of belonging in tech.
